Skims fits everybody dress12/15/2023 I got the soft lounge first so when I finally bought the slip, I was surprised that it wasn’t as freeing as the soft lounge around the ankles. No problem! Haha its not as bad as I made it sound but it’s just not as stretchy as the soft. I recently got all my dresses hemmed to fit my height better and since the long slip got hemmed, I find the bottom isn’t as constricting so I can walk normally in it instead of waddling like a penguin. The bottom has stretch when walking but it can be a bit constricting and I think it’s due to the thread they use to hem it. Either that or maybe I’m just having problems walking in it since I’m considerably shorter than you. Also, the long slip is a bit hard to walk in if you take big steps. I wear the xs at home without the bodysuit since no one really sees except my husband so sheerness isn’t a problem then.ĮTA: I also wore the long slip during pregnancy and small works! I did try on the medium to see if it’s more comfy and it was but since I’ll be going back to my normal weight anyway, I didn’t see the point in getting the medium to wear a few months and never touch again. The long slip is also very shear so the s gives me room to wear the seamless bodysuit underneath it without being too suffocating if I ever choose to wear it out in public. I usually buy s in the long slip because I find that one more comfortable. It does have some stretch though! I can do xs and s in it but I wouldn’t go down to xxs. I wore the thigh short seamless sculpt with it when I wore xs during pregnancy since it stretched due to my growing body and it worked perfectly!įor the long slip, it’s not as stretchy as the soft lounge. I even wore the xs during pregnancy! I will say though, if you have a thicc booty, it can be shear if stretched too much. I’ve also tried the xxs and it still fits! Soft lounge is super forgiving considering they’re stretchy. But the difference is so minuscule, either size works though. 5”,įor the soft lounge, I can swing both sizes but I prefer xs more since it hugs my body better. I’m pretty similar in measurements to you give or take. But I’m now wondering if I should have sized up to S, because so many people said to size up in the fits everybody bandeau…ĮTA: I’m also interested in the soft smoothing t-shirts and long sleeved tops. I’m sooo nervous because I don’t own a single item from the fits everybody collection yet, and I ordered FOUR of the fits everybody lace long slip dress and the tube dress all in XS. I just have to tighten the straps because I’m flat-chested haha. However, even though XXS should be my “true” size, I was more comfortable in the XS one and it’s also more full-length on me. For the soft lounge long slip dress, I got it both in XXS and XS just to be safe and thankfully, I fit in both. Hiii! If anyone has both the soft lounge and the fits everybody long slip dresses, did you choose the same size for both? Do you find the fit different?
